ShuDDer is about a 16 year old girl named Ren who, while driving to school one morning, meets a boy named Damon. After they talk, they find out that they go to the same school. Spontaneously, the accident that almost occurred the morning they met repeated itself with another driver later the same day, and Damon dies. But in the instant of his death, his 'soul' travels to the last person he's thought about: Ren.
When Ren and Damon find out that they're sharing her body, they freak out and try desperately to keep a secret and to help themselves get separated.
